What we do

Six things, done properly.

01

Exterior Stucco · 3-Coat System

New construction & full builds

Traditional 3-coat exterior stucco on new builds, additions, and gut renovations. Lath and paper prep, scratch and brown coats, and finish — done to spec and inspected at every layer.

  • ·Lath, paper & metal corner aid
  • ·Scratch + brown + finish coats
  • ·New construction & additions
02

Smooth Coat Finishes

The finish in our name

Hand-troweled smooth coat — the cleanest finish stucco offers. It takes a steady hand and the right material schedule. Two decades of muscle memory across the Inland Empire.

  • ·Hand-troweled application
  • ·Float-and-burnish polish
  • ·Color-integral or topcoat
03

Stucco Repair

Cracks, water damage, patching

Hairline cracks, structural cracks, water-stained sections, blown patches. We diagnose first, then repair to match — texture, color, and depth — so the repair disappears.

  • ·Crack diagnosis (hairline vs structural)
  • ·Texture & color matching
  • ·Water-damage remediation
04

Re-Stucco & Recoat

Full exterior renewal

Full re-stucco when the original finish is past repair. Strip and re-prep, or skim-coat over sound substrate — we tell you which and why before any work starts.

  • ·Full strip-and-replace
  • ·Skim-coat over existing
  • ·Color-coat refresh
05

Textured Finishes & Matching

Spanish Lace, Santa Barbara, Knockdown, Dash

Every standard SoCal texture in our regular rotation. Match the existing texture on a repair or refresh a dated wall with a modern finish.

  • ·Spanish Lace + Santa Barbara
  • ·Knockdown + skip-trowel
  • ·Dash + heavy lace
06

Color Coat & Foam Trim

Re-color, seal & detail

Integral-color refresh coats, elastomeric color, and foam architectural trim. The right product for the right substrate — clean lines and durable color that lasts.

  • ·Integral pigmented color coat
  • ·Elastomeric waterproof color
  • ·Foam trim & architectural detail
How we work

Walk the house. Write it up. Show up.

01

Walk the property. Same week.

We come out, measure the area, and check the substrate condition. We bring a finish sample if you've asked for one. Takes about 30 minutes — free, no pressure.

02

A real, written estimate.

You get a document — square footage, finish type, materials, crew days, and price. If something changes during the job, the estimate gets revised in writing. No verbal numbers.

03

We schedule, we show up.

Once approved, we slot you in and arrive when we said, with the materials we listed, doing the work in the sequence agreed. Our own crew — nothing subbed out.

04

Walkthrough + workmanship guarantee.

Final walkthrough together. Our workmanship is guaranteed in writing for the project — if something we did fails, we come back and make it right.

Questions

Everything we get asked, answered.

How fast can you come out to look?

Usually the same week — sometimes the same day if we're already in the area. Free, no pressure. Just a walk-around and a measurement so we can write the estimate properly.

What does a stucco job cost?

Every job is quoted individually — it depends on the house size, substrate condition, and finish type. We don't do one-size-fits-all rates. After a quick walk-through we put a real number in writing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — California State License Board CSLB# 1152951, bonded, and carrying both general liability and workers comp insurance. Copies available on request before any work starts.

Do you back your work?

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed in writing for the project. If something we did fails, we come back and make it right.

How long does a typical job take?

Repairs: 1–3 days. Smooth coat or color refresh: 3–7 days. Full re-stucco or new construction: a few weeks depending on house size and weather. You get a real schedule in the estimate, not a guess.

What areas do you serve?

Based in Highland, we cover the Inland Empire — San Bernardino, Redlands, Rialto, Fontana, Ontario, Loma Linda, Calimesa, and Riverside — plus Victorville, Los Angeles, San Diego, and beyond on the right project.

Free, written, no obligation.

Tell us about the project.

We'll come look at it and send a written estimate — finish type, square footage, materials, crew days, and price. Every job quoted individually. No verbal numbers.
